For bookings made online
Avington Trout Fishery reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time for safety reasons or reasons beyond there control. Every angler must be aware of and abide by the Avington Fishery’s Rules, Regulations and Procedures. Every angler must have a current Environment Agency (EA) rod licence, be aware of and abide by all byelaws.
Booking confirmations are sent by email.
Discounts
A 10% discount only applys for your fee if you book and pay by debit or credit card 14 days before the day you intend to fish.
Refunds
Once a booking has been confirmed, refunds are only possible in exceptional circumstances whereby the angler is not able to take up the fishing due to an error or action by the fishery.
Disclosure of Personal Data
You personal data will not be shared with any other company, any data gathered will only be used by Avington Trout Fishery to keep you informed from time to time of any usful information regarding the fishery and to keep you up to date with any changes or special offers.
Gift Vouchers
Please note that all Gift Vouchers must be used by the expiry date stated on the voucher. Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
